We use web hosting from across the country and select only the most reliable web host. We can even work with your existing account if you are unsatisfied with your current web development company (of course you must not be under contract with your current developer for us to acquire this type of account).

Our pricing is structured such that the setup fee is discounted with the understanding that we will be doing the site maintenance as part of a monthly fee. The monthly fee will be based on a number variables including site size and options. The monthly fee includes a modest amount of free maintenance time (that cannot be carried over from month to month). If you desire we will develop a web site with the understanding that there will be no contract but the setup fee will be increased by one-third. All maintenance time beyond the free time in the maintenance contract will be billed at $35 per hour.

All custom graphics will remain the property of Omaha Web Solutions unless the graphic itself is actually purchased.
